

Investors who qualify as accredited investors must fall into one or more of the categories available to accredited investors including, but not limited to, an individual with a net income exceeding $200,000 or $300,000 together with his or her spouse in each of the last two years, an individual who has liquid investments in excess of $1,000,000 or net assets of at least $5,000,000.
Investors must be investing as principal, have received the Offering Memorandum and completes a Form 45-106F4 "Risk Acknowledgement". For investors in Alberta, there is the added requirement that the investment must be at least $10,000 and must be complete an "Eligible Investor Questionnaire".
