I like size of the fund which to me is super important given there are so many players in the space. With that comes the risk reduction and partner with LTV ratio that is healthy. The white glove onboarding treatment is best in class.

Long track record of distributions
Long track record of distributions, never missing one. Doesn't have the long-term commitment i.e. money locked in for five years. The returns have been excellent and it's nice not to have to watch a share price going up and down in the stock market, just steady growth at a good rate. Éire has always been a pleasure to deal with and responds right away to anything I need to know or have done.

Low LTV weighted average
Low LTV weighted average, very good analyst rating, timely redemption opportunities. I have felt positive and pleased with performance since investing in 2021. I feel it is a very good return and growth considering the recent downtrend/drop in the Bank of Canada interest rates. My company contacts are easily reachable and quick with answers to my questions. I appreciate the care that Tim Wittig and Éire Gorman provide, very satisfied and very much appreciated.

Capital Direct was recommended to us by our financial advisor and insurance rep. We studied the information about Capital Direct and felt it fit well in our portfolio. The big benefit is the lack of rollercoaster rides we feel with our market-driven investments. It’s a great addition to those who desire a varied portfolio. I wish we had moved more of registered funds to Capital Direct. Service has been exceptional thanks to Éire. She has always answered our questions and given good advice.
